My practice currently focuses on Elder Law, Wills, Estates and Probate, Formation and Conduct of Corporations and Limited Liability Companies, Consultations in various fields of law. While I have devoted a substantial amount of time to commercial and real estate litigation, I currently consult in those matters but refer litigation to other qualified attorneys or engage as co-counsel. I have regularly handled condominium litigation involving associations, foreclosure proceedings and timeshare matters but now limit my participation to consultations and alternate dispute resolution procedures. I have handled numerous family law matters, but refer those to attorneys who are engaged for litigation if consultation and negotiation cannot resolve disputes. I have been active in both mediation and arbitration of client's legal disputes. My real estate practice involves counseling purchasers and sellers on all aspects of real property law, submerged land leases, insurance and title matters concerning commercial, residential and vacation property.
